Northwestern Michigan University and Mather Life Ways Institute on Aging has come out with the Age Well Study. The findings of this study are based on a residents living in 80 LifePlan communities nation wide. This study outlines health and wellness that is specific to LifePlan Communities. They break health and wellness up into five important categories which include; emotional, social, physical, intellectual, and vocational wellness. These findings of the Age Well study have proven that residents residing in a LifePlan community have better overall health and wellness that seniors who do not.
