Please join us for Qi Gong on Mondays from 12:45-1:15pm with Jeanne Hendry
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice that focuses on the mind, body, and soul. Its purpose is to improve one’s physical and mental health. Qi Gong uses posture movement, breathing techniques, sound, and self- massage to achieve this. This class will use physically slow gentle Qi Gong movements to warm tendons, muscles, and ligaments. The movements will help promote circulation and tone vital organs and connective tissues.
This is a flow class that pairs nicely with Beginning Tai Chi which begins directly after(1:15-1:145pm). You are welcome to attend both classes or just come to one.
